Lucifer Demotivtor

Just to clarify, its referring to the will of God.

Before the race of man there was the spiritual race of servants and messengers of God, commonly referred to as angels. The mightiest of these beings was Lucifer, the Morning Star, surpassed only by God himself. But like too many who would follow in his footsteps, Lucifer's power made him arrogant, and as time passed it led him to believe that he was a perfect being. When God created the race of man in his image and gave them power over the earth, Lucifer became jealous and refused to bow to them. Consumed by his own arrogance and pride, Lucifer began to see himself as the rightful ruler of the universe. He gathered an army of angels and led a rebellion and attempted to seize God's throne by force. Lucifer was stronger than his fellow angels, but the will and power of God could not be overcome. With the power of God behind him Lucifer was eventually defeated by his brother Michael, who then cast him and all the other rebels into the pit of Hell, the furthest place in the universe from God's light, for all eternity. Like his fellow rebels Lucifer was stripped of his rank in the hierarchy of angels, his form, and even his own name, and he was forevermore labeled Ha-Satan, which means "The Adversary".

The are countless stories that are similar to this, such as the myth of Icarus, how he flew too close to the sun and burned his wings.

There is nothing more terrifying to me than the will of God, that his plans for me are nothing more than a mundane and otherwise meaningless life. I've decided that I will not stop fighting until I reach my goals or die trying, but if my plans go against the will of God... then there is nothing I can do but burn.
